**Job Title: Caregiver**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Monitor and assist with medication administration as per the care plan.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living space.
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Observe and report any changes in the client’s health or behavior to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and client progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to caregiving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of common health conditions and the aging process.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required depending on the role.

**Working Conditions:**

- Must be able to lift and move clients as required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to adapt to different home environments and client needs.
